The OBA (Australia) Boston Consulting Group Scholarship is an annual award for the most outstanding Australian student intending to undertake a postgraduate business degree at the Saïd Business School. The next Scholarship will be available in the 2008/09 academic year.

The value of the 2008/09 Scholarship will be AUD$40,000.

Application Window
|
Applications are now closed for the 2008/09 academic year. Applications for the 2009/10 academic year will be considered from 1 September 2008 and will close on 5 June 2009.

Eligibility Criteria
|
To be considered for the OBA (Australia) Boston Consulting Group Scholarship you must:
• Be a citizen or tax resident of Australia; and
• Have been accepted into a Saïd Business School postgraduate degree programme.
Candidates will be assessed on:
• Their academic record
• Career achievement
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Recipients of other financial assistance are eligible to receive the Scholarship.

Requirements

Outstanding candidates will be invited to submit their Saïd Business School application to a Selection Committee made up of members of the OBA Advisory Board and may be required to undertake a short interview.
The Scholarship need not be awarded in any given year at the discretion of the Selection Committee.
To be considered for the OBA (Australia) Boston Consulting Group Scholarship, candidates need only state their interest in the 'Scholarships' section of their Saïd Business School degree application form.
The closing date for applications for the OBA (Australia) Boston Consulting Group Scholarship for the 2007/08 academic year is May 25, 2007 (i.e. candidates who wish to apply for this scholarship must have been accepted to an appropriate postgraduate degree course and have expressed their interest to apply for the scholarship by May 25, 2007)
