David Griffiths

David is a director of CompliSpace Pty Ltd - a consulting and software company that specialises in providing corporate governance programs and services to the small to medium sized enterprise market.

David has over 10 years experience in commercial law. He has held senior management positions in both publicly listed and small to medium sized enterprises and he has also worked in-house with Lloyd’s of London on the London market.

A solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW, David holds a Masters of Law from the University of Sydney and an MBA from the University of Oxford where he also won a double blue in rugby.



Ian Gardiner

Ian is the founder and CEO of Viocorp, one of the world's leading online video companies. Ian co-founded the company in 2002 and has successfully grown it into an established and profitable operation. Viocorp employs over 50 staff from its headquarters in Sydney.

Previously Ian was the founding employee of newsbase.com, a successful news, analysis, and business intelligence service from emerging markets. He also founded and ran lastorders.com, an on-line off-license in the UK.

He sits on the Board of Metro Screen, a not-for-profit company providing training and support for filmmakers. He is also a member of the advisory board for Sydney University's Business Information Systems department where he guest lectures on innovation and entrepreneurialism. He is a founder and active participant in Innovation Bay, a networking group for high growth business executives.

In November 2009 he won the NSW Pearcey award for ICT Entrepreneur of the Year.

Ian holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Oxford where he also won two rowing blues in the Oxford-Cambridge Boat Race. In his spare time he is a competitive cyclist, avid computer gamer, husband and father of two boys (not in that order).



Marcus Bartram

Marcus is a Director of Business Development for Telstra Business.

He has more than 15 years experience in the IT&T, financials services and mining sectors. Marcus has held board & senior management positions for KAZ, Citigroup, Honeywell and a successful startup, nscglobal.

Marcus holds an honors degree in Engineering from the University of Adelaide and a MBA from the University of Oxford.


Adam Connolly

Adam Connolly is Head of Corporate Affairs for Bankwest and has operated at a senior level in corporate affairs, politics and journalism for more than 20 years.

He has served as senior adviser to the Australian Prime Minister, has extensive experience in the finance sector with HBOS Australia, Bankwest, Macquarie Bank and AMP, has operated as a corporate affairs consultant to publicly listed companies and as a journalist for The Australian, Daily Telegraph, Daily Mirror and News Ltd.

Adam holds a BA in economic history from the Australian National University, an MBA from the University of Oxford and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.



John Moller

John is the Managing Director of Queensland Fertility Group (QFG), Queensland's largest provider of fertility and IVF services. John drove the intergration of QFG into the IVF Holdings Group which includes IVF Australia and Melbourne IVF.

Prioir to QFG John was a Senior Engagement Manager at Partners in Performance (PIP). He specialised in transaction services work, primarily supporting Private Equity clients.

Prior to joining PIP he was a project leader at The Boston Consulting Group’s Sydney office where he worked for seven years. While at BCG John worked on strategy cases throughout the Asia Pacific region, Europe and the United States in aviation, health, consumer goods, and private equity.

Prior to joining BCG, John worked as a medical practitioner in Australia and New Zealand.

John holds a degree in philosophy from the University of Canterbury, a degree in medicine and surgery from the University of Auckland, and an MBA from the University of Oxford.
